Wuxi Jinlong Paper Co.,Ltd.(Wuxi Qiaodong Paper Products Printing Co.,Ltd) is established in April, 1992, the company is jointly ventured by Wuxi Jinlong Paper Co., Ltd and Hong Kong Qiaoan trading Co., Ltd. The company’s registered capital is USD 740,000 Dollars, and its total assets reach RMB 25,000,000 Yuan, fixed assets is RMB 16,000,000 Yuan, 80% of production facilities are imported equipments. Company annual production capacity excesses RMB 30,000,000 Yuan.

State Post Office Bureau and Post Office Bureau of Jiangsu Province have successively authorized us to be designed enterprise. Jiangsu Provincial Taxation Bureau has authorized us as invoice printing designed enterprise.

Company has passed GB/T19002 1994 ISO9002 International Quality Certification System in Oct, 1999.
Has Passed GB/T24001-2004 IDT ISO14001 Environment Manage Systematic Attestation in Dec, 2008.

In order to strengthen internal management, we set up a strict and comprehensive administrative procedure and regulation; and a full set of management rules for quality assurance standard of anti-counterfeiting, confidentiality, and production of all kinds of invoices and tickets. Factory site has adopted Closed-circuit Information Integrated Monitoring System to guarantee the safety, confidentiality and legality of tax invoices, postal tickets, financial tickets etc.

As per the demand of ISO 9001：2000 International Quality Certification System, our company has signed and applied post responsibility system with every employee, and to practice the management rules and regulations training monthly, to perform on-the-job skill competition irregularly. Company will send Computer-to-plate designers go to professional computer school to study; and selectively send technical and facility maintenance personnels to Shanghai and France for training respectively.
